This project was broken into 3 contracts:
Construction of dam wall – The contract entails the construction of the dam wall in stabilized hardfill layers, Grout enriched vibrated concrete along the faces of the dam, grout injection to the foundation and the construction of the foundation key trenches.
Construction of powerhouse and intake works – The contract entails the construction of the powerhouse Interior building works, the structural steel to the powerhouse, the intake civil works, and the intake technical room.
Cyanide tailings storage facility – The construction of the tailings dam.
