In 2009 Teichmann Agriculture completed an expansion project for Zambia Sugar at their Nakambala Sugar Estate in Mazabuka, Zambia.
The project included bush clearing and land preparation as well as civil construction work which included construction of dams and canals. The project was completed successfully under an accelerated time frame and since the project’s completion, TAZ Haulage (previously Teichmann Agriculture) has been hauling cane for Nanga Farms, a subsidiary of Zambia Sugar. The relationship has been long standing and TAZ Haulage also provides services to Nanga Farms such as clearing of canals and upgrading gravel roads.
